CONTEST REQUIREMENTS
Polestar retailers must be enrolled in the Polestar Branded Monthly Incentive Program to be eligible.
Contract eligibility is based on contract remittance date.
Newly registered winners will receive a loaded JM&A Incentive Prepaid Debit within 45 days of the end of contest, delivered directly to their home address.
Current registered winners will receive monies loaded on his/her JM&A Incentive Prepaid Debit by the 15th of the following month.
QUALIFICATIONS
For those retailers not enrolled in the monthly contest, the enrollment form must be completed by an Authorized Signer of the retailer.
Eligible contracts must be reported within the contest period to qualify.
Retailer must be in good financial standing with JM&A Group prior to any award distribution.
