Contest Requirements

  • Eligible Products only
  • Polestar Stores must be enrolled in the Polestar Branded Incentive Program to be eligible.
  • Contract eligibility is based on contract remittance date.
  • All contracts must be booked with JM&A Group by the last day of the sales month,  10:00 pm EST
  • Polestar store must achieve or exceed contest individual store objective to earn a payout.
  • All contest earnings will be split evenly and paid to the designated payees listed within each Polestar dealership.
  • Newly registered winners will receive a loaded JM&A Incentive Prepaid Debit delivered directly to their home address.
  • Existing registered winners will receive an electronic distribution of funds** to their JM&A Incentive Debit card.
  • Polestar makes only.
  • Non-Par products only.

Eligible Polestar Branded Products*:

  • Vehicle Service Contracts
  • Wear Maintenance
  • Vehicle Protection Plans
  • Appearance Protection
  • Excess Wear and Use

*TLP will count towards the product count qualifier but no payout.

Terms and Conditions
Winner must be at least 21 years of age and employed by dealership during the entire contest period and at time of award.  Dealer (stores) must be actively selling at the time of payout.  Contest for eligible JM&A Group provided products and/or programs only.  Any/all taxes associated with the award are the responsibility of the winner.  No substitution of award except at the discretion of JM&A Group.  Awards cannot be sold, transferred or assigned by the winner.  JM&A Group and/or Dealer reserve the right to cancel and/or amend the terms and conditions of the contest.  Void where prohibited.  Contracts must be properly and timely reported to be included in contest calculation; contracts calculated net of full cancellations.  Dealer accounts with JM&A Group and all of its affiliated companies must be current to receive a payout.  As long as Dealer is paid all sums due it by JM&A Group or their affiliated companies under this contest, Dealer shall defend, indemnify and hold JM&A Group and its affiliated companies harmless from any and all claims made by Dealer’s employees (or former employees) for compensation due under this contest.  No waiver by JM&A Group of any of the above terms & conditions shall be construed as a waiver of such terms in the future.
